Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to plant leadership, providing guidance on all workforce-related matters within a manufacturing environment.
• Drive the design and implementation of HR initiatives that align with production goals and operational priorities.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in stakeholder collaboration, change management, and aligning business objectives with shifting market conditions.
• Manage key HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
• Maintain strict adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Champion a culture centered on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Professional certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant HR credentials preferred
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 7 years within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Deep expertise in labor relations, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance in production settings
• Extensive experience managing compliance and risk related to self-insured workers' compensation and employee benefits programs
• Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to manufacturing and operational objectives
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence and a people-first approach
• Proven ability to operate with integrity, professionalism, and strict confidentiality
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Willingness to travel approximately 40%+, with additional travel as needed for operations, training, or events
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
