Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Required Skills:

• Experience in dishwashing and food preparation
• Strong guest service skills
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation is required

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in banquet catering
• Knowledge of fine dining service
• Knife skills and grilling experience
• Food and beverage management experience
• ServSafe certification
