LAB Technician I

Our client, a leader in research and development, is seeking a LAB Technician I to join their team. As a LAB Technician I, you will be part of the Corporate Research Analytical Laboratory supporting analytical testing and sample preparation activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive approach, and strong organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: LAB Technician I

Location: Maplewood, MN

Pay Range: 17-20/hr

What's the Job?

• Prepare and maintain laboratory spaces and organize resources for analytical testing.
• Conduct visual observations on samples to ensure quality and consistency.
• Perform sample preparation utilizing cutting tools, analytical balances, and other lab equipment as trained/directed.
• Support laboratory experiments through basic testing and evaluation to contribute to research activities.
• Document all results accurately to ensure data integrity and traceability.

• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency with laboratory tools and equipment used in sample preparation and testing.
• Good organizational skills to manage laboratory resources efficiently.
