Join our team at Small Animal Veterinary Services in Fleetwood, PA and be a part of a full-service animal veterinary practice that provides exceptional care to both urgent care cases and routine pet patients. We are looking for a compassionate Veterinary Receptionist who is organized, has excellent communication skills, and can remain calm under pressure.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and patients with a friendly demeanor
• Differentiate routine cases from emergency cases
• Schedule appointments efficiently
• Enter client, patient, and financial data accurately into the computer system(we use EZYvet software)
• Generate invoices and explain them to clients
• Process payments and manage financial transactions
• Retrieve and store medical documents

Required Skills:

• Compassion for animals and their owners
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Experience in small animal care
• Basic understanding of veterinary medicine ex:vaccine schedule, flea and tick products, etc.

Salary and Benefits:

Offering 16-20$ per hour based on experience
