The role involves designing and developing enterprise-level business applications using modern technologies such as web frameworks, SQL Server, Azure, iPaaS, and DevOps tools. The position works closely with Program Managers, Business Analysts, and Agile teams to deliver proof of concepts and digital solutions through rapid release cycles, achieving targeted Minimal Viable Products (MVPs). Responsibilities include creating system solutions, implementing test plans, and performing unit, regression, and integration testing in alignment with enterprise architecture and coding standards. The individual actively participates in all Agile phases, including daily standups, backlog grooming, and demonstrations, while providing constructive feedback to improve development practices. Additional duties include recommending architectural enhancements for system stability and performance, documenting processes for maintenance and governance, and supporting in-house applications by troubleshooting and restoring functionality. The role also involves collaborating on ideation, vendor evaluations, and staying current with emerging technologies to foster innovation. Flexibility to take on other projects and tasks as assigned is essential.
Annual salary for this role ranges from $110,000-$120,000/year depending on experience.
