The facility operates as an area medical center that is part of a large health system providing specialized hematology and oncology services. The center maintains modern equipment and comprehensive support services for cancer and blood disorder patients with established protocols for outpatient treatment delivery.

The hematologist/oncologist will provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care managing 15 patients per day over 4-5 days per week with a minimum of 32 hours weekly. Clinical responsibilities include conducting 0-2 new consultations, developing individualized treatment plans for hematologic and oncologic conditions, and coordinating ongoing care with nursing staff and support teams. The position requires board certification in Hematology/Oncology with prescriptive authority and no call coverage responsibilities. The clinician will utilize EPIC EMR for all documentation and treatment planning activities while working collaboratively with dedicated support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
