TransForce is seeking a CDL A Truck Driver to support Local operations based in Rock Hill, SC. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Driver Details

• Schedule: Mon-Fri (some Saturdays), Dispatch time ranges from 8.00 am- 11:00 am, 40+ Hours per week.
• Pay: $25/hr
• Route Type: Local route deliveries, NC/SC, load/unload, 1-2 stops per route
• Freight / Load Type: Mail
• Equipment: Tractor trailer, Automatic
• Handling: Touch Freight, off load rolling carts and manual pallet jack

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:

• License: CDL A
• Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate tractor trailer on local routes
• Transport mail in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks using load rolling carts and pallet jack
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role
