Adecco is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant in Westerville, OH! We are seeking a professional individual to manage front-desk operations and provideprehensive administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
Pay Rate: $16.99 per hour + $0.50 per hour shift differential
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Westerville, OH
Assignment Type: Temp to Hire
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for theanization, staffing the reception desk and ensuring a professional atmosp for all visitors and staff. This role involves a variety of secretarial tasks and requires a strong working knowledge of standard office procedures and software.
Primary Responsibilities
Reception Management: Staff the front reception desk, answer iing calls, and professionally greet and check in all visitors.
Administrative Support: Perform a wide range of secretarial duties under general supervision, adhering to established office practices.
Software Utilization: Use various software packages to manage word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and graphics.
Office Operations: Operate standard office equipment and ensure administrative tasks arepleted with high accuracy and efficiency.
Documentation: Assist with theanization and filing of records and the preparation of office correspondence.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with database management or graphics software.
Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent service to visitors and internal teams.
Organizational Skills: Knowledge of established administrative practices and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Communication: Clear verbal and writtenmunication skills for handling phone systems and office documentation.

Pay Details: $16.99 per hour
