NorthBay Health is seeking both Licensed Radiologic Technologists (CRT) and Limited License Radiologic Technologists to join our Ambulatory Urgent Care Float Pool. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple sites while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Locations: Rio Vista, Benicia, Dixon, Woodland, American Canyon, Fairfield, Vacaville
Position Overview
Under the supervision of the Urgent Care Manager, with oversight from Imaging Leadership, this role performs radiologic procedures in accordance with certification and scope of practice. Responsibilities include:
Performing X-ray procedures following established quality and safety standards
Ensuring patient safety and comfort during examinations
Instructing and assisting patients throughout procedures
Maintaining and inspecting imaging equipment
Reporting equipment issues and supporting clinic operations as needed
Assisting with clerical duties and workflow coordination
This is a float position, supporting multiple urgent care locations based on operational needs.
Qualifications
For Licensed Radiologic Technologist (CRT):
Graduate of an AMA-approved radiology program
Current California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license
Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
New graduates welcome; 1+ year of experience preferred
For Limited License Radiologic Technologist:
Graduate of an AMA-approved radiology program
Current California Limited License
Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
1+ year of general radiology experience preferred
Additional Requirements (All Candidates):
Basic computer and clerical skills
Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
Ability to work across multiple locations and adapt to varying workflows

Schedule
Variable shifts: days and evenings
Part time, Full time and per diem available
Includes weekends (expected every other weekend)
Float coverage across all urgent care locations with radiology services
Compensation
Compensation is based on licensure and experience:
Licensed Radiologic Technologist (CRT):
$42.72 – $51.91 per hourLimited License Radiologic Technologist:
$32.64 – $39.67 per hourPer diem differentials available
