Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Provide clinical pharmacy services and patient counseling
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and business planning
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care

Required Skills:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Immunization Certified
• Experience in prescription dispensing and compounding
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims and reimbursement
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Clinical Pharmacy Operations experience
• Performance management and business planning skills

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $130,000.00

Maximum Salary: $158,620.00
