Elementary Teacher

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and New York State Certified Elementary Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong instructional expertise, exceptional classroom management skills, and a commitment to supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of all students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement district curriculum aligned with NYS learning standards.
• Provide a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment for all students.
• Collaborate with related service providers, special education teachers, and support staff to deliver cohesive instruction and services.
• Maintain accurate and timely student records, progress reports, and data collection.
• Use evidence-based practices to manage behaviors and support students' emotional regulation and social development.
• Communicate effectively with families, administrators, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Valid New York State Teaching Certification
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Demonstrated ability to implement effective instructional strategies and behavioral supports.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
Starting at $49,892, commensurate with experience.
