Construction Project Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. The PM will be the Procore owner for assigned projects and the primary client/design team interface, accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from award through turnover; run project launches and regular progress meetings 
• Serve as primary point of contact for Owner, Architect/Engineer, and stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, and manage baseline CPM schedules and critical-path updates in Procore; align 3–4 week look-aheads with field superintendents.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost codes, ETC/EAC forecasting; lead change management and owner negotiations.
• Administer Procore and GC Pay per company templates; ensure auditability of RFIs, submittals, change orders, NCRs, safety records, and payments.
• Review and approve pay applications; manage retainage and lien waivers.
• Monitor project risks, maintain top-risk list and mitigations; support quality control and safety planning.
• Directly manage Assistant PMs and Project Engineers; coach on SOPs and Procore usage.
• Lead closeout: punchlists, O&M manuals, as-builts, warranties, final lien waivers, and turnover documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years total construction experience with at least 5 years direct project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
• Proficiency with Procore and GC Pay or similar platforms.
• Strong CPM scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and change-order management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
