We have dedicated Project Managers and Project Manager Assistants to manage the day-to-day operations of our clients' construction projects. ACS is licensed and the most competitive in all markets east of the Mississippi River.

What You’ll Do

• Manage between six (6) to eight (8) projects annually.

• Oversee projects of varying size, ranging from $50,000.00 to $1,000,000.00.

• Lead all on-site construction activities from start to closeout

  • Ensuring projects are completed according to schedules,

  • Ensuring all inspections and punch lists are finalized before project completion

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain schedule and quality

  • Expeditie permit acquisition

  •  Coordinating client vendors and deliveries

• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies

• Partner with Project Managers to manage timelines, budgets, and resources

  • generate daily and weekly progress reports

• Conduct daily site walks, resolve issues proactively, and keep projects moving forward

  • capturing and sending progress photos, 

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, clients, and inspectors

Salary:  $80,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent (commercial, retail and restaurants)

• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

•  Verifying and assisti subcontractors with layout,

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

• OSHA certification preferred
