Property Maintenance Technician ( Full or Part Time )

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Property Management team. This position is available as either part-time or full-time, depending on experience and availability. 

Position Overview: 
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining residential properties in safe, clean, and working condition. The ideal candidate must have full experience in general maintenance and be able to work independently. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance experience (property management preferred) 

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general repairs 

• Ability to troubleshoot and complete work orders efficiently 

• Reliable transportation 

• Strong communication skills 

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 

Responsibilities: 

• Complete maintenance and repair work orders 

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance 

• Respond to maintenance requests as needed
