Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the past 24 months.

12 months of acute care experience within the past 2 years. 12 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from any number of months

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Must be able to Read Tele Strips/Have experience working on a Stroke Ward
• Chest tubes, vac dressings, cardiac catherizations, pacemakers, Ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes
• Telemetry, dilt gtts, amiodarone gtts, insulin, Lasix and bumex gtts

Preferred Skills/Experience: Stroke patients

Shift & Scheduling:

• Mostly every other weekend
• Call Requirements: no
• 26 weeks

Floating Requirements: To any med/surg tele unit

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

Drivers license required for submission
