• Lead patient care delivery by implementing and monitoring personalized care plans that adhere to the highest clinical standards and safety protocols.
• Advocate for patient outcomes by serving as the primary coordinator across all clinical disciplines, ensuring a seamless and holistic care experience.
• Drive clinical excellence by accurately executing physician and nursing orders while documenting the patients journey to ensure high-quality record-keeping and continuity.
• Empower patient transitions by assessing and coordinating discharge needs with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring patients are safely prepared for the next stage of their recovery.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
