This facility is seeking Dentistry locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 3 weeks in April
• Patients Per Day:
• Types of Cases: 95% of patient base is adults. Single doctor practice. DA:2, HYG:2. Strong, hardworking, and fun team! Procedures needed: all aspects of general dentistry including endo and placing implants
• Illinois state license is required, Drug Enforcement Administration certificate is required
• EMR - Dentrix

Lake in the Hills is a lovely village with plenty of beautiful parks to visit. There is also a pottery studio, as well as a wide variety of restaurants.
