The position is designed to teach you hands-on skills or to enhance your skills in spray foam and/or air barrier application. You’ll work closely with experienced technicians and installers to:

• Prepare surfaces and materials for installation
• Assist with installation of commercial air barrier systems
• Measure, cut, and install membranes, tapes, and sealants
• Work alongside experienced installers to learn the trade
• Follow job site safety standards and PPE requirements
• Operate spray foam and air barrier equipment safely and efficiently
• Apply insulation and air barrier materials according to project specifications
• Ensure quality and airtight seals for energy-efficient buildings
• Maintain clean and safe job sites while following all safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work at heights in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethics and willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
• Must be willing to travel

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience in construction, insulation, or general labor

• Familiarity with spray foam and air barrier products
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• OSHA 10/30 preferred but not required
• Basic understanding of building codes, energy efficiency, and/or commercial construction
• Strong communication skills
