OB/GYN Hospitalist Opportunity

St. Charles Medical Hospital is a non-profit acute care facility near NYC that has served the residents of scenic Port Jefferson/ the Three Village area for more than 110 years. A member of Catholic Health Services of Long Island, the hospital currently performs about 1,700 annual deliveries.
It offers 24-hour anesthesia coverage, dedicated obstetric anesthesiologists and spinal/epidural analgesia for labor and C-sections. Women and families receive high tech yet personalized care, with labor, delivery and recovery in one room.
Known for its outstanding service, St. Charles is scored as one of the top hospitals on Long Island in the delivery of high quality care. It received all three of Healthgrades' Women's Care Specialty Excellence Awards for 2020, including the OBGYN Excellence Award three consecutive years), the Labor and Delivery Excellence Award (six consecutive years), and the 2020 Gynecologic Surgery Excellence Award.
This Full-Time Hospitalist Position Offers
Guaranteed shifts scheduled 90 days in advance
Flexible schedule / No on-call duty or office management
24 hr. shift model with 21+ days off a month

Handle Ob emergencies / Deliver babies
Collaborate with local physicians
Evaluate and treat triage patients
Provide leadership on L&D
