State Line Family Medicine - Primary Care Physician

Reid Health is seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Physician to join our State Line Family Medicine team. This individual will provide and manage direct patient care, including performing physical examinations and diagnostic tests, obtaining medical histories and documentation, educating patients about diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans, and prescribing or administering medications as appropriate.

Position Details:

• Full-time hospital employed position

• Team: 2 Physicians and 12 staff members

• Office Hours : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Education/Experience

Board Eligible or Board Certified Required : Family Medicine

Experience Required : Opened to newly trained and practicing physicians

Licensure : Indiana Medical License

Certifications : Must maintain BLS/ACLS
