OB/GYN Laborist Opportunity-Zanesville, OH: Flexible Scheduling 12 & 24 hr. shifts

Position Details:

• Full time minimum is 3 shifts average per week.
  • 12 and 24 shifts available
• Level 2 nursery
• Level 3 trauma center
• Average 1,500 births per year for the facility
• 6 OBGYN physicians and additional NP/PA support on inpatient and outpatient services
• Coverage areas include delivery room, triage, OB and GYN ED
• Comprehensive continuity of care support with Maternal Fetal Medicine, OB Hospitalist Medicine, and Neonatology
• Collaboration with Perinatal Nurse Navigator, MFM's, and community OB Physician
• 260 bed community hospital
• 300+ providers on medical staff
• Located just 45-minutes from Columbus in Zanesville, OH.

Qualifications:

1. Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of an OBGYN residency program.
2. Board certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
3. Ohio state medical license and privileges to practice Obstetrics and Gynecology
4. Proven experience in managing labor and delivery, including proficiency in both vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
5. Proven excellence in gynecology care, including surgical interventions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse healthcare team.
7. Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.
8. Willingness to participate in on-call duties and work flexible hours as needed.

Compensation Information:
$240.00 / hourly - $240.00 / hourlyAdditional Compensation:
60.00
Details:
hourly rate can be annualized based on shift commitment. Any excess is paid at $240/hr.
