Inpatient Urologist

Monument Health is seeking a full-time hospital based urologist to join our experienced, well-established group in Rapid City.

The facilities, equipment, and staff are state of the art. Monument Health Rapid City Hospital is a 417-bed regional tertiary care medical center covering a 5 state region. Level II trauma center.

Highly competitive fixed base salary of $700K. Productivity bonus incentive opportunities start from day one. Starting and retention bonuses of up to $240K. Other benefits include paid relocation assistance, CME reimbursement, paid malpractice, and a full benefits package.

Status: Full-Time

• 182 shifts per year.
• Schedule is flexible. Need to work 2 weeks per month. Could be 7 on/7 off, or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.
• This is a 24-hour call position.
• Daily rounds are required. However, there is no set number of hours required to be on site.
• There is no clinic required.

Compensation Information:
Starting at $700000.00 / Annually
