M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent; completion of Anesthesiology training program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), American Osteopathic Association (AOA), or equivalent organization; Board certified or eligible for certification in Anesthesiology, valid unrestricted PA medical license or eligibility; DEA certification.
