Position Overview
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurosurgeon with an interest in a 60% Spine /40% Cranial practice mix. This position includes coverage at three well-established community hospitals, all conveniently located within a 5-10 mile radius, allowing for efficient patient care and balanced call responsibilities.
Practice Highlights
Case Mix:
60% Spine (degenerative, trauma, minimally invasive, complex spine)
40% Cranial (tumor, trauma, vascular, general neurosurgery)
Hospital Coverage:
Three local community hospitals within close proximity
Strong hospital relationships and administrative support
Call Schedule:
1:4 call rotation
Shared and equitable coverage
Work-Life Balance:
4 weeks of paid vacation
Efficient geographic footprint minimizing travel time
