As a Restaurant Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, culinary expertise, and commitment to providing top-notch customer service in a vibrant and welcoming environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
• Manage back of house operations, including food handling and preparation
• Oversee front of house operations, including restaurant setup and customer service
• Execute restaurant operations efficiently and effectively
• Monitor sanitation practices and maintain ServSafe certification

Required Skills:

• Experience in restaurant management and food and beverage industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong understanding of cost management and ordering processes
• Ability to lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
• Excellent math skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in event planning and execution
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Retail experience

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $67,180.00
• Maximum Salary: $100,700.00
• Flexible schedules and sick leave benefits
