Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a candidate who is result oriented, has proven track record in delivering value through transformation and has led large transformation programs successfully managing C-Suite stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop transformation vision, working closely with C-suite client counterparts to understand their key priorities, shaping the transformation roadmap.

  • Design and deliver transformation roadmap and business case, aligning with client goals and objectives.

  • Lead various aspects of transformation journey and the assessment of project requirements and deliverables to identify the best solution for clients.

  • Lead project delivery, client conversation and manage stakeholders on the project both internal and external.

  • Lead the team of experienced team members and direct/guide teams on project executions as per planned timelines.

  • Lead the Innovation agenda, conceptualizing and implementing GenAI, AI analytics, automation products and solutions to drive innovation in client processes.

  • Influence key senior stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.

  • Be a trusted partner for client stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support

  • Contribute to Thought Leadership, and help

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in Procurement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep functional domain experience in end-to-end Procurement - Source to Contract and Procure to Pay

  • Consulting experience will be an added advantage

  • Prior experience in enabling AI, RPA technologies in Procurement function is highly preferred

  • Proven experience in managing teams on multiple projects in client facing roles

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Should have successfully led and collaborated with cross functional teams
