Med Surg/PCU/Tele RN - 5N Neuro Trauma - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Required Skills/Experience:

• 2 years of MS, PCU, ICU experience. MUST HAVE experience in setting within the last 1 year. Must have drip experience. Highly prefer home trach vents- travelers to have that experience. Trach- Vents: Willing to train on vents but RN must be open to learning.
• RNs required to titrate drips: Heparin, Nitro, Diltiazem, Amiodarone, 3%, Insulin.

Required Credentials: Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday.

Floating Requirements: Sister MS units, 6 different specialties: mixed care, cardiac, general, MS ortho, heme/Onc, to take a more general patient etc.

Other Requirements: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job youre applying to.

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

Drivers license required for submission
