Position Overview We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead our dynamic team of recruiters within the maritime division. This role focuses on placing skilled trades professionals in shipbuilding and ship repair roles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the maritime industry, enabling them to drive recruitment strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
