Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards.

Originate and close consumer and small business loans ( generally up to $ 100,000 exposure) and assist with loan portfolio administration.

Maintain knowledge of bank systems and processes to ensure operational effectiveness and data integrity.

Represent the bank in community and professional activities to strengthen relationships and support business development.
