Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Architect where you will leverage your expertise in Analytics and Datawarehousing to drive innovative solutions. With a focus on Ab Initio Administration you will play a crucial role in optimizing data processes. Experience in Cards & Payments is a plus enhancing our financial technology capabilities. This hybrid role offers a balanced work model ensuring flexibility and productivity.

In this role, you will:

Design and implement robust data architecture solutions that align with business objectives and enhance data processing capabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems and optimize performance.

Utilize your expertise in Ab Initio Administration to manage and maintain datawarehousing environments efficiently.

Develop strategies for data governance and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Oversee the deployment and configuration of data systems ensuring scalability and reliability.

Conduct regular assessments of data architecture to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Lead efforts in data migration and transformation ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of data innovation.

Drive initiatives to enhance data security and protect sensitive information from unauthorized access.

What you need to have to be considered

Possess a strong background in Analytics and Datawarehousing with proven experience in Ab Initio Administration.

Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing data architecture solutions that support business objectives.

Have experience in Cards & Payments domain providing valuable insights into financial technology solutions.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets effectively.

Show proficiency in managing data systems and ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.

Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly salary for this position is between $[115,500 -133,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
