Busy, well-established general dental practice is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Director / General Dentist to lead our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinician who enjoys practicing comprehensive dentistry while mentoring other providers and helping drive practice growth.

About the Role

The Clinical Director will combine clinical excellence with leadership, ensuring the highest standards of patient care while supporting the development of the clinical team. This position is ideal for a dentist who is a high producer, confident treatment planner, and experienced in comprehensive dentistry.

Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care

- Lead and mentor associate dentists and clinical team members

- Diagnose and present large case treatment plans with confidence

- Maintain strong patient relationships and case acceptance

- Ensure clinical protocols and standards of care are upheld

- Collaborate with leadership on practice growth and efficiency

Preferred Experience

- Strong background in implants, restorative dentistry, and full-mouth treatment planning

- Proven high production history

- Leadership or mentorship experience preferred

- Excellent communication and patient education skills

- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

- Active state dental license

Compensation:

• $200-$500/hour
