Local CDL A Driver - $26 Per Hour - OT After 40 Hours

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Sterling, VA.

TTP: This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 7pm

• Pay: $26 - $28 Per hour + OT after 40 hours

• Route Type: Local shuttle runs

• Handling: No touch freight

CDL A Minimum Requirements:

• License: CDL A

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

• Endorsements: Hazmat & TWIC card preferred not required

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Responsibilities:

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes

• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

• Perform required handling tasks

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
