You'll coordinate and manage all program activities , ensuring we meet every regulatory requirement. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Management: Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
  • Building and developing a great team: Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals.

  • Ensuring seamless support: Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve.

  • Maintaining excellence: Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements .

SCHEDULE: Days, Salaried, Oncall responsibilities will include other hours as needed to support the department/agency. Position will be based in Grand Island.

  • Essential Foundations: An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services. Experience can be substituted for education.

  • Required Certifications: Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and Med Aide 40 .
