u0009Type of cases and required procedures: Standard Hematology/Oncology cases

u0009Credentialing timeframe: 60-120 Days

u0009EMR: Epic

u0009Certifications required: Must have Basic Life Support (BLS)

u0009Licensure required: Willing to License
