Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Must have at least 3 yrs experience in Commercial Superintendent/Assistant Work. 
• Create and manage punch out lists to ensure quality and completion
• Coordinate construction activities and manage subcontractors
• Review and interpret blueprints and specification

Required Skills:

• Experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of contract writing and report generation
• OSHA 30 certification
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of safety management and OSHA regulations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in concrete installation
• Experience with Civil Site Work. 
• Experience with cost management and estimating
• Strong quality control and inspections skills

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $85,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $95,000.00
