Your expertise and commitment to patient-centered care will be valued as you engage in the nursing process, from assessment and planning to intervention and evaluation, ensuring the highest standards of health promotion and maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct comprehensive data collection and assessment of patients' health status
Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients and families
Utilize evidence-based interventions and treatments specific to diagnoses
Coordinate and document the implementation of care plans
Provide health education on topics such as healthy lifestyles and preventative self-care
Engage in quality improvement activities to enhance nursing practice
Maintain professional development through ongoing education and self-reflection
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate and improve clinical care

Requirements:

Registered Nurse License (Montana or Compact License)
NRP, BLS, and ACLS Certifications through the American Heart Association
Need 1 year experience in Labor and Delivery or PACU setting
