Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from any number of months

Requirements:

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

3 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

6 months gap required between for Travel at Facility: Providence Alaska Medical Center.

Additional Details:

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Adult Acute Care, Operating Room, PICU, Equipment, PACS, Fluoroscopy Studies, Abdomen/ GI, Abdomen decubitus, Abdomen supine (KUB), Abdomen upright, Chest and Thorax, Chest routine, Enema Studies, Barium enema- air contrast, Barium enema- single contrast, Head, Orbits, Skull, Lower Extremity, Ankle, Femur, Foot, Knee, Tibia-fibula, Mobile/ Surgical, C-Arm procedure, Portable abdomen, Portable chest, Spine and Pelvis, Cervical Spine, Lumbar Spine, Pelvis, Thoracic Spine, Upper Extremity, Clavicle, Elbow, Forearm, Hand, Scapula, Shoulder, Wrist, Teaching Hospital Experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Adult Outpatient, GE, Philips, Siemens, Barium Swallow/Esophagus, Contrast Enema, Upper GI series, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Childrens Hospital, Community Hospital Experience

Required Credentials:

Drivers License/State ID - Government-Issued Photo ID
BLS: Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or Heart&Stroke certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY

Shift & Scheduling: This position works every weekend (Friday-Sunday).
