Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 1 months within the past 12 months.

ASN completion required

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Local & travel allowed.

Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Skills/Experience:

Trach chare, chest tube management, PIV starts, glucometer,

Common drips: Insulin drips, Heparin drips, narcotic drips, paralytic drips, actively titrate vasopressors, sedation drips, cardiac drips, etc.

Required Credentials:

Traveler will be required to pass an EKG competency exam during onboarding

Unit/Facility Details:

Nurse-Patient Ratios: ICU 1:1-2, PCU 1:3-4

Have free parking around campus or can pay to park in parking decks

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend Rotation: 5-6 weekend shifts out of 12 (on a 6-week schedule)

Holiday Requirements: Travelers will work 75% of holidays

On Call, Call Back Requirements: None

Floating Requirements: Will float to all ICU at main campus - CCU, MICU, NICU, PCU, CVICU and STICU.

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - 1 required for submission
