Medical Surgical Unit - Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 must be indicated on submission form. Every other weekend required. No on-call.Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float as needed to a similar or lower acuity unit.Special Requests: Blocked scheduling may be approved. RTO of 5 days or less requires making up time. Only 1 holiday RTO per assignment.

Required Skills/Experience: 1 year Med Surg in an acute care hospital

Unit/Facility Details: Auto Offers are contingent upon facility approval. Offer may be retracted within 48 hours by the facility.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Hours: As required by facility/every other weekend

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear Yes or No response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 05/25/2026, 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
