Dental Assistant Digital Dentistry Focus

We are a boutique, relationship-based dental practice looking for an experienced dental assistant who is excited about the future of dentistry.

Our office focuses on high quality cosmetic dentistry and helping patients find relief from TMJ symptoms such as clenching, grinding, jaw pain, migraines, and muscle tension. We believe great dentistry is built on great systems. Our team runs on clear protocols, efficient workflows, and strong communication.

We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys learning, takes ownership of their role, and thrives in a structured environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, digital systems, and problem solving. If you are not comfortable with computers and new technology this role is NOT for you.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high quality practice
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow systems and protocols consistently
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude
  

Technology experience is a big plus

• Comfortable with computers and digital systems, background with Oryx a plus
• Interest in digital dentistry including 3D printers + Exocad
• Experience with design software or digital tools is a plus
• Gaming or tech background is a plus
• Experience with scanners, digital workflows, or photography is a plus
  

What this role will involve

• Chairside assisting for cosmetic and restorative procedures
• Helping manage and improve our digital dentistry workflows
• Working with scanners, photography, and digital case planning
• Supporting clinical systems that help the office run efficiently
• Taking ownership of and helping lead our digital department
