Job Title: Corporate Recruiter Banking
Location: Tempe, AZ- ONSITE
Duration: 26 weeks
Pay Rate: $36.73/hr (W2)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Banking Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives. The selected candidate will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective recruitment strategies, review candidates, and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term recruitment strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and High-Volume Screeners.
• Deliver an excellent candidate and customer experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Act as a brand ambassador in the talent marketplace for the business areas supported.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the line of business and staffing needs to provide proactive recruiting solutions.
• Review HireVue interviews and/or conduct phone screens of qualified candidates provided by screeners.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Provide regular progress updates to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the full-cycle recruitment process , including evaluating, interviewing, and presenting candidates for various roles.
