Forest Villas Hotel in Prescott, Arizona is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations and ensure that our guests have a memorable stay. Join us in providing exceptional service in a beautiful Mediterranean-inspired setting with amenities such as an outdoor pool and pet-friendly rooms.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and maintain high standards of service
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
• Train and mentor housekeeping team members to uphold quality standards
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

Required Skills:

• Experience in hotel operations and housekeeping management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage labor costs and maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in banquet catering and food and beverage management
• Knowledge of front office operations and hotel sales
• Understanding of laundry and back of house operations

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $38,000.00

Maximum Salary: $43,000.00
