Maintenance Technician

2nd/3rd Shift | Direct Hire Opportunity

HTI is recruiting a Maintenance Technician for a leading manufacturer and distributor of premium replacement parts in the automotive industry. This is a direct hire opportunity on 2nd/3rd shift (5:30 PM - 4:00 AM), Monday through Thursday.

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour
Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour
Schedule: 4-day workweek

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery requiring electrical and mechanical expertise

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment

• Install, repair, and replace electrical wiring and pneumatic/hydraulic lines

• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings

• Diagnose electronic hardware issues

• Read, understand, and troubleshoot PLC programs (Allen Bradley)

• Perform lockout/tagout procedures to neutralize machine energy

• Move equipment using rigging gear

• Follow all company, state, and federal safety requirements

• Perform emergency response duties, including:

  • Chemical spill response

  • Fire and medical response

  • Hazardous waste control

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Associate Degree in a related field preferred
