As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will perform a variety of nursing care procedures, utilizing your professional knowledge and skills to support patients of all ages. You will work independently and collaboratively, adhering to physician orders, standards of care, and nursing policies.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute or sub-acute setting
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility
• Valid, unrestricted Nursing License to practice in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Complete Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) within six months of hire
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within six months of hire
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
