• Location: 175 N Buhl Farm Dr, Hermitage, PA
• New denovo practice opened in 2025
• 80 new patients per month
• Average production: $172K/month
• 3 operatories currently with expansion potential to 6
• 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM)

Ideal Candidate

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active or eligible for a Pennsylvania dental license
