In this role, you will be an integral part of the surgical team, providing exceptional care to patients across all age groups. Your responsibilities will include executing the Standards of Nursing Practice, developing and revising care plans, and coordinating care among disciplines. You will also have the opportunity to participate in shared decision-making and contribute to improving practice standards and the environment of care.

• Provide holistic care to neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults
• Execute nursing functions including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Develop and revise patient care plans and coordinate care among disciplines
• Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices
• Implement personal leadership qualities to improve practice standards
• Experience with Pediatrics, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric Patient Populations required
• 2+ years of OR experience required; 1+ year of travel experience preferred
• ACLS certification required
• Must hold a valid Minnesota state nursing license
