Schedule: Full Time Day Shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Call required every 8 weeks and 1 federal holiday per year.

• Deliver compassionate, direct nursing care by following evidence-based protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.

• Drive the patients recovery journey by implementing and continuously adapting personalized care plans that respond to their evolving needs.

• Champion seamless communication by monitoring and sharing vital patient updates with the care team, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

• Lead as the primary care coordinator, aligning doctors, specialists, and support staff to provide a unified and holistic patient experience.

• Empower patients and their families by proactively managing discharge planning, ensuring a smooth and confident transition from hospital to home.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
