Our healthcare partner in Dubuque, IA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their Intensive Care Unit team. As a valued member of the ICU team, you will:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a critical care setting
Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and efficient documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Monitor and assess patient conditions using Philips monitoring equipment
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies as needed

Requirements for this role include:

Active Iowa or compact/multistate RN license
Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience
Completion of at least one travel contract in the past 12 months
EPIC experience
ACLS and BLS certifications from AHA or ARC
NIH Stroke Scale certification (highly preferred)
Experience with Philips monitoring equipment (highly preferred)
