What Youll Do:

As the Hospital Manager, you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hospital. You will lead, support, and empower your team while ensuring our patients and clients receive outstanding care and service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily hospital operations and staff management
  • Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and scheduling team members
  • Coaching, mentoring, and creating individualized growth and development plans
  • Partnering with Area Hospital Managers to improve workflows and operational efficiency
  • Managing client concerns with professionalism and compassion
  • Collaborating with the Area Director to establish and achieve operational and financial goals

Compensation:

$65,000-$72,000 annually based on experience.

Schedule:
This is a Full-Time, in hospital position.

Requirements
  • Certified Veterinary Practice Manager is desirable but not required.
  • 3+ years in Customer Service role, preferably in veterinary practice.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proven experience developing and growing teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Standard knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Must be flexible to meet the needs of the department.
