Salary: 90-100k

Job Summary

Position focus and priorities

Builds and fosters the overall influence of leadership, including strong internal (Culinary, Premium, Catering, HR, Finance, Stadium Ops, Safety/Security) and external (Ohio State Athletics, client, vendor, and member) relationships

Approachable and trustworthy/principled; delivers on promises and models Levys hospitality standards at all times

Manages talent across FOH and BOH: recruits, hires, schedules, trains, and develops team members; ensures brand clarity through menu, wine, and beverage knowledge; drives cross-training, pre-shifts, and adherence to steps of service

Influencer who can effectively manage change within the team (e.g., game day pivots, new concepts, technology rollouts, event-day operational resets, private events)

Develops and implements business and operational efficiency plans, including show-quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, function setup/breakdown, inventory controls, cash handling, waste reduction, and labor deployment

Influences both vertically and horizontally, partnering with the Executive Chef, culinary leadership, premium service leadership, and the broader Levy/Ohio State team to deliver a single, seamless guest experience

Highly organized, effective planner who maintains event calendars, BEO alignment, staffing matrices, weekly schedules, and timely daily/weekly reporting; supports annual planning and targeted initiatives

Maintains state, federal, client, and Levy compliance, including responsible alcohol service policies, safety and sanitation (ServSafe/HACCP), and all Ohio Stadium and client requirements

Engages in and impacts the financial goals of the operation: forecasts sales and labor, optimizes COGS and labor %, owns inventory practices and variance control, and supports P&L reviews

Maintains positive guest/member relationships through proactive floor leadership, table touches, VIP/reservation management, timely service recovery, and member-centric personalization to grow retention and spend

Trains and reinforces wine and beverage program standards; ensures accuracy of menu execution and fulfillment of guest-specific service requests and dietary needs

Holds team accountable to Levy steps of service and performance expectations; uses performance management tools to coach, recognize, andwhen necessarycorrect performance

Ensures team members have the tools, product, and information necessary to complete their jobs safely and effectively; promotes a cooperative work climate that maximizes productivity and morale

Conducts regular communication rhythms (pre-shifts, post-shifts, stand-ups, one-on-ones, all-hands) and executes required daily/weekly reporting in a timely manner

Executes all function setups and breakdowns correctly, efficiently, and expeditiously; ensures show ready standards at all times

Partner relations ownership: builds trust and alignment with the client and key partners; actively adjusts and corrects in real time based on feedback

Drives innovation appropriate for a premium private club: pilots new service styles, themed game-day activations, tasting events, and technology that enhance the member experience and business outcomes

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
* Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
* High level of computer literacy
* Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
